About the Company
Based in Bristol we offer homeowners and businesses across the south west region the very best in painting and decorating services.
We established The Bristol Decorating Company Limited ten years ago, and Clive Bartlett who founded the company, has over 30 years experience in the painting and decorating industry. We have already earned a strong reputation for quality workmanship, delivered in a professional manner, on time and at a fair price. Over the years we have retained many of the same customers and businesses.
We work on a diverse range of projects focused on the commercial and industrial market with clients including many building contractors. We work in commercial properties, industrial sites and in public sector organisations such as hospitals, residential homes, schools and prisons. We also carry out larger scale house renovations and refurbishments in the domestic sector.
Our team is made up of fully qualified and highly experienced decorators, many of whom have worked with us for many years. They follow a strict Health and Safety Policy to ensure we meet our responsibilities under current Health and Safety legislation.
We have an excellent safety record. For your assurance, we are fully insured with Employers and Public Liability Insurance. We are CRB checked for work in schools and public sector organisations.
We are conversant with COSHH regulations and making risk assessments before projects are undertaken.
The education of our employees is continuous through on-site training and specific work related courses aimed at maintaining and increasing knowlege and skills. We also recognise the importance of passing on skills and the company is committed to a training programme for young people in partnership with local colleges. Apprentices stay with the company for two or three years until their training is complete and they are fully qualified.
